- You will not claim my work as your own, either directly or passively. This includes removing my credit from the files.
- You will not take my work from someone else's site if it's noted as custom work or Patreon exclusive. That's stealing, my dude!
- You will not redistribute my unedited or lightly edited work in part or in whole (just link back to me if you want to share!)
- Editing and combining my codes with your own work or other people's coding for personal use is always absolutely fine. These are for you to have fun with!
- If you've done a heavy edit of my work and would like to post it for other people to use, please be courteous and contact me first to ask! I usually say yes, as long as you leave my credit in place so people can find their way back here to find other codes they might want. I will say no if: It's a code that usually needs to be paid for or you're intending to charge money for your version.
- My work is not to be used to house sites containing hate speech towards races, sexualities, genders, beliefs, etc., or explicit content depicting real or fictional minors.
- My work can be used for any adult/explicit/kink content; all good!!

If you see someone breaking my TOU, please let me know! Additionally, I've had issues with people uploading my Patreon content on here to give out for free, which is SUPER against both my TOU and common decency. This neocities is the only place I offer my coding on this site. If you see my pages being offered anywhere else, it is not with my permission, and I'd greatly appreciate being notified.
That being said, if you're seeing heavily modified versions of my work with dual credit (myself and the other person) in place, it's most likely that they have permission to do this. Unless they're charging money for it, I don't need to be notified.
